1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cryptoindicatorpro.com (the "Site"), downloading or deploying any script from our Quant Suite, or participating in our community channels (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of System Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crypto Indicator Pro provides free, open-source Pine Script indicators, educational content, and market-structure analysis tools for use on the TradingView platform. The Service is informational and educational in nature.

Crypto Indicator Pro is not:

• A registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution
• A signal service, managed account provider, or execution platform
• A party to any trade you place using our tools

We do not execute trades, hold funds, or have access to your brokerage or exchange accounts.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site, in our scripts, or in any communication from us constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content — including indicator logic, "Pro Tips," and educational commentary — is provided for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial professional before making any decisions with your capital.

4. Intellectual Property & License to Use Scripts

All content on the Site — including but not limited to Pine Script source code, page content, branding, and design — is the property of Crypto Indicator Pro unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Consistent with our Open Access philosophy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use, copy, and modify our published scripts for your own personal or educational trading use
• Adapt scripts for your own analysis on your own TradingView charts

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our scripts (modified or unmodified) as your own commercial product
• Remove attribution when republishing or sharing a script publicly
• Use our branding, name, or content to imply an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement that does not exist

5. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

The Site contains links to third-party services, including cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget) and other partners. Some of these links are affiliate links, meaning Crypto Indicator Pro may earn a commission if you sign up or transact through them, at no additional cost to you.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, terms, security practices, or services of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party service is governed entirely by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Conduct your own due diligence before creating an account or depositing funds with any third party, including any we link to.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, our Contact & Support Hub, or our community channels (including Discord), you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or distribute malicious content to other users
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Crypto Indicator Pro

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

7. No Warranty

The Service, including all scripts, tools, and content, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any indicator, calculation, or market analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of any script
• Fitness for a particular trading strategy or outcome
• Profitability of any strategy, setup, or signal referenced on the Site

Backtested or hypothetical performance referenced anywhere on the Site does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Indicator Pro, its operator, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of any script, indicator, or piece of content from this Site to inform a trading decision is entirely at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Indicator Pro and its operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading or investment decisions.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including individual scripts, tools, or community channels — at any time, without prior notice and without liability to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, or a jurisdiction chosen for practical enforceability, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
